Sublet in live/work artist studio SW9 Description: I'm an artist and going away for a residency in Cornwall for 5 weeks. You'll have the whole flat to yourself as I live alone. Laundry is shared with 5 other flats, (it's free), but it's never congested in there. The flat is a live/work studio within a block of artist studios. It's kind of one massive room that's split up into sections for art/living, but also the divide is loose. Would love to be able to sublet to someone who can make use of the studio aspect too. Very welcome to artists with messy practices. Most of my things will still be in the flat, but I will move things into areas so you have space for your things in the relevant areas. Based in Stockwell, close to Brixton and Clapham high streets. 10 min walk to Stockwell tube. Rent + bills (pcm): Total rent for the whole sublet (5 weeks) £1125 Includes all bills Tenancy: Sublet from 16th June - 21st July (Can be flexible by 1/2 days either side of needed) I'm not the landlord, but you'll be renting from me. It's a slightly reduced price on what I pay as my things are there. Benefits + references etc: All benefits accepted. I'd like to meet with anyone before agreeing anything but no need for references. Deposit: As it's a sublet, I'd just like the whole amount paid in advance, with a refundable £250 deposit. Access info: Flat is on the first floor, very large lift right outside the door of the flat. No steps anywhere. The flat is adapted for a wheelchair user so counter tops in kitchen are lower and bathroom has turning space and open wet-room-like shower. I don't use a wheelchair so I have furniture in the way a bit, but can be moved if needed. There are multiple communal accessible toilets in the building that have grab rails if needed. There's an intercom to let people in the main door I don't use anything that has a strong scent. I have a cat who will be away with me, but her presence will be in the flat still. There's a bike store in the building, but for car parking you have to pay annually, so wouldn't work for the sublet. Please message me on here if you're interested. Thanks!
