I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in January. This is a 4 bedroom house in Arvada near West 72nd Avenue. The vacant room is in the cozy basement.The basics:Shared bathroom with bathtub.Lease: Ends on Rent: $675 by check.Security deposit: $675 and $35 application paid to the landlord.Pets: Cats are ok.
