Rent 1 bedroom house in Arvada

I am looking for a roommate to fill a fully furnished bedroom in a townhouse that is located in a great neighborhood in Arvada, not far from Olde Town. Utilities are included, but Wifi is split. Parking is available in the back. The residence has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, one full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. As for me, I'm an easygoing roommate that often times works from home. I'm very clean. I do not smoke. I love to cook and am more of an early riser than a night owl. I am very respectful and want anyone renting the available room to feel completely at home.I hope to find a non-smoking roommate that is respectful, clean and down to earth so we can make our living arrangment as wonderful as possible. I do have a super friendly cat.
