Rent a room in Arvada

Fully furnished master bedroom with an attached full bathroom available. The neighborhood we live in is very quiet and peacefully. I am looking for a friendly, clean and low key person to rent the room out. I am a single mom with a 3 year old son, who has his own room in the basement and sleeps through the night! Shared spaces included the kitchen and living room. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful patio for shade in the summer.My hobbies include cooking and baking, working out and anything out doors!
