Amba exudes feelings of bliss and jungle ambiance. Throughout the 91 square meters and into Bica’s surroundings everything feels superbly upscale. The Bica neighborhood offers a residential retreat right next to the center. Back inside this two-bedroom, one-bath home, the awe ensues. Amba starts with an open concept as the dining room to the right flows into the living room to the left. The room feels all the more spacious with vaulted ceilings hanging overhead. Through the glass doors past the entertainment system is Amba’s balcony with a peaceful breath of fresh air overlooking the neighborhood. Under a custom-made accent wall, a dedicated workstation sits in front of the dining room. On the other side of the dining space is the kitchen complete with modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. The hallway straight on from the entrance has two double bedrooms on either side of the bathroom. The detached bathroom in the center offers modernity with a shower-tub combination and a basin sink. The bedroom to the left highlights design in the highest sense of the word. Past the floor-to-ceiling storage, a canopy queen-size bed grabs the attention. The oversized glass doors lead to the other half of the balcony. The second bedroom uses the vaulted ceiling to an aesthetic advantage, tying the lighting and accent wall into the form. The queen-size bed sits under the natural fiber headboard with storage on the other side of the space.
