Villa Skytteskogen is an international student house, established in 2020 and centrally located in Kungsladugård/Majorna — one of the most popular areas to live in Gothenburg. It is very close to the large city park Slottskogen, with an outdoor gym just around the corner, and not far from grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, and other amenities. Over the past six years, we have developed the house into a well-functioning and highly appreciated student living environment that few can match. We accommodate eight international students, mostly studying master’s programs at Chalmers. Our ambition is to maintain a balanced mix of tenants, with roughly equal gender representation, typically aged 22–27, and with different nationalities represented — partly for fun, but also because it creates a great social dynamic. The nearest tram stops are Högsbogatan, Godhemsgatan, and Botaniska, and it’s only a six-minute ride to Chalmers. A medium-sized grocery store is just a five-minute walk away. The house consists of eight furnished rooms located on the attic floor, first floor, and ground floor. There is a large shared kitchen and three spacious shared bathrooms, one of which includes a sauna.
