The private pool is also heated, with an additional cost of 20 € per night to keep it at a temperature of 30 º.The master bedroom is en suite and has been furnished with a Boxspring double bed, it also has a dressing room with safe; the bathroom has a rain shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and double sinks.The second bedroom has a bed that can be joined or separated (90x200 each). The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a double bed. Additionally it benefits from an office room with 2 workstations and a large sofa.The whole house has hot and cold air conditioning and 600 mb fiber optic. All our guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels and for a small extra you can have beach towels. For your safety, the property complies with all legal regulations. It has smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.From the terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea having a cup of tea and relaxing in the chill out area and from the dining area with outdoor table and chairs to give great dinners to your family and friends.
