No need for all three bedrooms...so it is nice to check back with family and friends in your office overlooking the ocean! The laundry is compact but has a washer/dryer combo and laundry sink. The amenities in this building are awesome. The lobby feels like you walked into a five star hotel lobby...in fact we get many people coming in to see if they can stay in this hotel. With a long-term lease of one year or longer, you will have access to the Alamar's beautiful swimming pool. The parking space for this unit is located right in the building...not all are in this building. Some are across the street.
