L’appartamento è composto da un ambiente unico con zona giorno/notte, angolo cottura e bagno finestrato. È dotato di riscaldamento centralizzato e viene consegnato pronto per essere abitato. La zona è ottimamente collegata con i mezzi pubblici: nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse linee di autobus e fermate della metropolitana, rendendo gli spostamenti in città comodi e veloci. Contratto di affitto - È obbligatorio possedere un Codice Fiscale valido per firmare il contratto; - Il contratto dovrà essere (firmato prima dell’ingresso)nell’appartamento. In caso contrario, non sarà possibile effettuare il check-in nei tempi previsti. The apartment consists of a single room with living/bedroom area, kitchenette and windowed bathroom. It has central heating and is delivered ready for habitation. The area is excellently connected with public transportation: several bus lines and subway stops are nearby, making getting around the city convenient and fast. Lease agreement - It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Identification Number to sign the contract; - The contract must be (signed before entering)the apartment. Otherwise, you will not be able to check in on time. Payments After your reservation is confirmed, you will be - The security deposit payment (refundable within 30 days after check-out) - The mandatory payment of initial and final cleaning, with a cost (starting from €250), varying depending on the size of the apartment.
