We are renting a comfortable two-bedroom apartment of 100m2 in Štinjan. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, a 50m2 terrace, and a separate bicycle storage room on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is located on the first floor and is fully furnished. It is sunny and warm, ideal for family living. The building has its own parking, and the apartment includes two parking spaces. The building is in close proximity to all necessary amenities for living and is only 700 meters away from the beach and the sea. Upon moving in, one month's rent is paid as a deposit, one for the current month, and an agency fee equal to one month's rent plus VAT. In the absence of damage, the deposit is fully refunded to the tenant at the end of the rental period. Utilities are not included in the rental price.
