We are going on a trip around the world and are looking for a subtenant for our 4-room apartment with garden in Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. The period extends from to . There is very little flexibility, but maybe we can find a compromise if it doesn't fit exactly. We live in a beautiful historic building on 99sqm with our own 50sqm garden. The apartment is fully furnished and sublet with existing utility contracts. The only catch is the duration of the sublet. As it is our beloved four walls, we will of course take the decision to sublet very carefully. It should remain a smoke-free and pet-free household.
