It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. Long stay gives discount. The listed price is for short contracts. More than 1 person from start contract: +50 euros/months/person excluding utilities. If second person is not from start, 25% of the rent on monthly bases, or 10€/night for occasional guest The other optional cost of 35€/month is the tax on furnished renting imposed by the commune.
