Approval Process: Please provide details about your dog's breed and size for pre-approval. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required for potential damages or extra cleaning. Guest Responsibility: Dogs must be house-trained, well-behaved, and considerate of neighbors. ✔ As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. ✔ Late Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time (11 .). Beyond that, a late check-out fee applies. ✔ Any damage or stains on the couch, as well as unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
