The second floor features three private bedrooms (incl. this room) and a convenient shower room with toilets. On the third floor, you'll find the shared spaces, including a spacious living room, a dinning room, kitchen, and another bathroom with toilets. One final flatmate resides on the fourth floor. While we encourage responsible usage of heating and water, all utilities are covered in your rent, including water and electricity (including heating), as well as access to the washing machine, dryer, fortnightly cleaning service of shared spaces, and high-speed internet.
