I was named after catenary found on the planet Mars ( 50.02°N , 45.36° S , 240.56°E , 240.30°W) that honors,the swamp or lake of Asia Minor mentioned by ancient geographer. With both feet on the ground (and even more), I am the proof that the future of living is not only found in space and science-fiction stories! I am a bright and freshly renovated residence founded in 1970 Nantes. I am located 15-minute away from Nantes city centre and very (very) easy to reach by T1 tram. I am quite big: 315 sqm, enough to accommodate the exciting lives of 11 joyous and happy tenants. My plan for pleasing you? Living room, kitchen, dining room but also a nice garden. All in a modern atmosphere. And because you can share a rent but not your intimacy, I offer to each person their own night private space with a studio and a bathroom as a choice.
