Small dining table for two by the window. - Bathroom: Modern with walk-in shower. - Style: Light, minimalist décor with natural wood touches and exposed beams. - Views: Windows offer both river and industrial port views. - Connectivity: Wi-Fi included. (No TV, this is a base for city explorers.) Getting Around - Several bus stops within walking distance; Marvila train station ~20 min walk. - No nearby metro station. Good to Know We like to be clear so you know exactly what to expect: - No AC or heating - 3rd-floor walk-up, no elevator. - Ceiling slopes: some areas require you to mind your head. - Neighborhood: Beato is an urban area in transformation, with an industrial past and diverse community. - View: overlooks the industrial port as well as the river. - Like any city location, occasional street noise is possible. ￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. ￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. heck-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
