Here, where comfort abounds, you'll find a haven for work or relaxation. → Building The apartment is on the fourth floor of a high end building, with elevator, in Saldanha. It is located on residencial area, just a few steps away from shopping centers, restaurants and with easy access to public transportation. → The apartment has a gas central heating system which is currently switched off. For space heating should be used the air conditioning system. → Bedrooms The apartment has four bedrooms. One suite with a double bed ( cm); one with a single bed convertible into two and two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms have built in closets and Air Conditioner. → Living Room A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV and air conditioning that opens up to a balcony. → Dining Room A spacious dining room where you can comfortably seat to enjoy your meals. → Office A cozy and comfortable office, with air conditioning, ideal for work. → Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen that features a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioner. → Bathrooms The apartment has three complete bathrooms. Two with shower (one is en suite) and a third with bathtub. Other information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For longer stays, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Please notice that a signed rental agreement is mandatory. In order to comply with this request, please provide the following information: ID or Passport Number and Issue/Expiry Date; Fiscal Address; Tax Registration Number (when applicable) and Marital Status. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
