This is a lovely flat to live in. The current tenants have been there for over two years. The modern extension was built 15 years ago. This provides an excellent open plan kitchen/living area with doors opening out on to the sun trap garden. The bedroom is a good size with built in wardrobes. Clapton is a vibrant area with lots of coffee shops and interesting independent stores. Hackney has a lot to offer and has good links into the City, Islington and the City. This flat goes quickly! I live in Bristol however. I am always available to tenants and have very good relationships with all my tenants in my five London properties.
