You can get to Liverpool street in 20 mins and ANYWHERE in London zones 1-2 in less than 45 mins. The flat is surrounded with parks (Mile End park, Tower Hamlets Cemetry Park, Bartlett Park, Victoria Park) and there are nice coffeeshops and community centres around, where you can take some activities at a very low price and meet people from your neighbourhood.
