All expenses included. The owner lives upstairs with his 16-year-old daughter. He has been renting the room for five years. The house has Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, a coffee maker, a garden, and fruit trees. It is located a few blocks from Barrio Italia and the Irarrázaval metro (lines 3 and 5). P.S.: It´s important that those who rent the house love animals, as there are two dogs in the house. PS 2: It´s located in a residential neighborhood in one of the best places in Santiago, but at the same time it is close to Barrio Italia, the city center and the Irarrazaval Metro Station. La casa cuenta con wifi, lavadora, secadora, cafetera, jardín y árboles frutales, y está ubicada a pocas cuadras del Barrio Italia y del metro Irarrázaval (línea 3 y línea 5). PD: Es importante que quienes alquilen la casa amen a los animales, ya que en la casa hay dos perros.
