3 rooms house of 97m² in Cambridge

Looking for somewhere to rent for up to 10 weeks? Love the idea of living by the river? We are renting our 3 bed house for 10 weeks whilst we head off on a trip to Europe. Over the last five years, we have built the house! It’s been a real labour of love and so we are looking for someone who will look after it as though it’s their own! We are open to shorter rental periods (minimum 6 weeks) but it is only available from Friday 3rd April until Tuesday 9th June. All bills will be included. The house has: - a lovely big main bedroom with an en suite and super king bed. - a double bedroom that looks out over the river (that we also have a desk in so can be used as an office) - a double bedroom that also looks out over the river (that we also have a cot in so can be used as a nursery) - a river facing open plan living room and kitchen with a deck for coffees in the sunshine. - a cosy living room on the back. - two extra family bathrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs). - utility room. - a large garden with access to the tow path. - private off-road parking. We are a 5 minute cycle (15 minute walk) to Cambridge North station. NB: - The house is semi-detached. We live in one of the houses with close family living in the other. - The house will be rented completely to one person, a couple or a family. We are not looking to rent individual rooms. - The house is fully furnished and will have our things in it - some things will be stored in our attic and we will make space in cupboards for clothes etc but the house will not be emptied.
