We rent out a room with all services included. The house is shared with two people and pets, but it's very spacious, so you'll still have plenty of privacy. The location is excellent — just one block from Benjamin Franklin and Nuevo León, and three blocks from Insurgentes Avenue. Very close to Metrobús lines 1 and 2, and the Chilpancingo metro station. We require a minimum 3-month lease. We're looking for someone respectful and responsible to share our home with :) If we find the right roommate, we’re open to small adjustments.
