Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this studio flat in February. I'm really happy with the flat - just having to move out for work. It's a very comfortable studio and it's very centrally located, just a few minutes from town and from the station. Some of its best features are definitely the gorgeous floors and lots of light during the day as it's south-facing.
