4 rooms house of 12m² in Southampton

The other tenants are very chill, some keep to themselves, the 3 tenants are students and clean after themselves when it comes to communal areas. (I am not currently living at the property, this is to find my replacement, there are 3 people living there currently and we're looking for the 4th!)
