1 room studio of 45m² in London

Hello everyone! I am Maria and I am helping my landlord to rent the studio I am living in because I am going back to my country in August. This is a wonderful studio, not only because of its size but it's perfect location 6-7 minutes walk to Willesden Green Station zone 2-3. Super fast acces to Central London with the Jubilee Line and lots of buses 2 minutes away for your convenience. Also a big Sainsbury's just 2 minutes from the house for your daily or weekly shopping. The street is what I love the best because it is near the main road but you don't hear nothing from the flat as it is very quiet and my neighbours too. There are 5 flats in total in the building and very friendly people. I highly recommend a viewing so you can see the real space, it is almost like a one bed flat and very bright. Everything works fine and the landlord is very efficient with anything you may ask or need. I can move out the second of August although he advertised it to move in the 4th, we can always talk about ideally moving date in a later state. Bills are not included and maximum 2 people in the flat, ideal for a couple, a student with enough funds/guarantor to pay for it or a single working person who is tired of sharing as this studio is the perfect house to chill after work.
