The home is ideal for families, couples, or professionals seeking a peaceful stay.Is the property suitable for events or gatherings?No. To protect the comfort of all guests and neighbours, events or gatherings are not allowed.Things to note:There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £300, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 7 working days after your check-out.We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill), which is taken offline through a third party link.10am is check-out time, we offer a 3-hour later check-out for 1pm, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability.Our customer service team closes at 10pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in.
