I am looking for a replacement tenant for this Premium Studio at Brae House since I no longer need a place to stay in Edinburgh for the coming academic year. The tenancy length is 38 weeks. Room A57. Furnished, doubled bed, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom. All bills included. This room would normally be £299pw but I am offering to pay the difference to make it the same price as the smaller, ‘classic’ studio.
