The Property: This is a bright and airy one-bedroom unit ready for a single/couple to move into. It has a large kitchen and lounge area with large windows that offer beautiful morning sunlight. The windows are covered by greenery so you are not overlooked. There are Juliet doors so you can open them for some extra sunshine or fresh air. The living room will come with the blue velvet sofa, artwork, TV unit, TV (optional), small glass table. The bedroom has ample storage and comes with a French style bed, double drawers, and a spacious double wardrobe. There is storage beneath a bed and an optional desk to keep in there too. The bathroom has a bath and shower and has been kept to a great standard. It is located in a secure flat on the first floor. Council tax, water and electric costs around £265. I paid £25 for internet so costs are low. The Area - This is located in a quiet spot in Streatham in a small development offering visitor parking (I parked full time with this), lots of greenery on your doorstep with a park and lake in the development and great local parks (Mitcham common is reached in 10 minutes). Streatham common station can be reached in 25 minutes by walk or by a 10 minute bus which takes you to Victoria or London Bridge. The bus can also take you to Streatham station or Mitcham Eastfields where you can get straight into central. There is a lovely deli not a far walk away that does great coffee, a bustling pub (The Railway), and lots of areas easily reached via car, bus, train or walking.
