I’m looking for someone to take over my studio at Broadgate Park from January 2026. You can take over my studio for £180pw, which is below the current official rate of £225pw at Broadgate Park. I can also consider short rental periods. Location & Convenience 5-minute walk to the University Park Campus 10-minute walk to multiple supermarkets: Chinese supermarket, Tesco Extra, Lidl, Sainsbury's 10 minutes to the university gym Buses & transport nearby Very safe and student-friendly area • About the Studio Broadgate Park doesn't allow choosing rooms initially, so I upgraded after paying £50 to view over a dozen rooms. I finally found the best one: Southeast-facing and very warm (not cold or damp at all) Second floor, quiet and far from the main road Newly updated radiator, microwave, desk, and chair Very quiet and perfect for studying Right above the residents' social/activity centre Broadgate Park Perks Weekly residential events Occasional free food Very responsive on-site staff Safe and social student community • Reason for contract takeover: I'm transferring to another university — otherwise I would absolutely stay in this room.
