The apartment has been tastefully renovated, is partially furnished, but equipped with appliances (air conditioning with heating/cooling, refrigerator, washing machine, stove). The apartment has its own water, electricity, and gas meters, and the utilities are low. The transportation and infrastructure in the area are excellent (HÉV, Budai interconnected tram network, tram line 1, buses 9, 111, 160, 260) with smaller and larger grocery stores (Spar, Penny) within a 5-minute walk, as well as the Kolosy Square pedestrian area, market, cafes, and a bit further away, Auchan, Tesco, Eurocenter. Charming Óbuda streets, nearby Danube bank, Margaret Island, Kiscelli Castle Park. Keeping pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Two months' deposit is required along with the first month's rent.
