The interior has two floors, the upper floor is already an attic. Fully furnished/mechanized, with built-in furniture. There is air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. The upper only cools, the lower cooling-heating. Both levels have underfloor heating, and domestic hot water is provided by a gas cylinder. When heated to 24 degrees, the gas rate was under 80 cubic meters in the last heating season. Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an entrance hall with a built-in shoe cabinet, and the toilet opens to the left. Moving further to the left, there are storage shelves covered with doors and a small dining room (comfortable for 5 people), opposite the U-shaped kitchen. There is a built-in refrigerator, gas hob, electric oven, microwave and deodorizer, no dishwasher. The bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine opens from the small dining area. Next to the bath, we enter the huge (more than 30 sqm) living room, where there is unique built-in furniture, remote-controlled lights (in windowsills, around the wall, in a display case) and a huge corner set that can be opened into a bed. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where there are two connecting rooms. One has a built-in wardrobe with huge mirrors and a double bed, the other room has built-in wardrobes and an L-shaped work table, as well as a smaller sleeping nook. The common cost is about HUF 26,000. Water is payable after consumption. If required, space is available in the indoor garage under the house.
