Giriş kattaki tuvaletin karşısındaki depo, 1. Kattaki döner merdivenin altındaki minik kiler ve en üst kata çıkınca soldaki ince uzun balkon dışında her odaya ve alana misafirlerimizin erişimleri vardır. Erişim olmayan odalar ev sahibinin depolama alanlarıdır. Evin içinde sigara içilmemesi önemle rica edilir. Evin sigara içme alanı en üst kattaki balkondur. Değerli eşyalarınızı yanınızda bulundurmanızı önemle rica ederiz. Salondan girilen gizli odanın girişi , girişteki merdiven altı ve giriş kattaki tuvaletin kapısı alçak olduğundan dikkatli olunması gerekmektedir. Evden çıkarken lütfen açık pencere,perde, ocak , musluk ve elektrikli eşya bırakmayalım ,çöplerimizi evin önündeki çöp kutusuna atalım ve anahtarı teslim etmeyi unutmayalım. ------- EN An Accommodation Experience in the Heart of Bursa—a Historic Mansion While enjoying a peaceful and pleasant stay with your family at this 120-year-old historic mansion in the city center, you’ll experience the privilege of being very close to historic sites such as the Ulu Mosque, the Covered Market, Koza Han, the Orhan Mosque, Irgandı Bridge, Tophane Clock Tower, Hanlar District, Yeşil Tomb, Emir Sultan Hazretleri Tomb, Tezveren Tomb, Hünkar Pavilion, Cable Car, Tayyare Cultural Center, AVP Theater, Historic İskender Kebab House, and Kayhan Bazaar are all within a 5-minute walk. Guests have access to every room and area except for the storage room opposite the ground-floor restroom, the small pantry under the spiral staircase on the first floor, and the narrow, long balcony on the left upon reaching the top floor. The rooms with restricted access are the host’s storage areas. We strongly request that you do not smoke inside the house. The designated smoking area is the balcony on the top floor. We strongly recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times. Please be careful when entering the hidden room accessible from the living room, as the entrance under the stairs at the entrance and the door to the bathroom on the ground floor are low. When leaving the house, please do not leave any open windows, curtains, stoves, faucets, or electrical appliances; dispose of your trash in the trash bin in front of the house, and do not forget to return the key.
