Camden Chalk Farm Quiet Sunny Flat with Patio Gard

This bright furnished apartment is available from anytime between May 16th and 31st. The bedrooms all have built-in wardrobes, bookshelves and desks. However, the desk and/or bed can be replaced with your own. One large double has an ensuite bathroom, with overhead shower, while another good-sized double has lots of wardrobe space and overlooks the sunny patio garden. The third (small) double has a door to the patio garden and would suit someone keen on plants and gardening. This latter bedroom has a desk in the adjacent study. The newly refurbished kitchen-diner is spacious and sunny with washing-machine, tumble-dryer and small dish-washer. The separate living room is also quite spacious and bright, and is a tranquil retreat. All the rooms have triple-glazed windows. The communal shower-room with loo is shared by two, while the ensuite bathroom would be for one person or a couple. The rent includes all bills (broadband wifi, council tax, TV licence and water) except for Octopus Energy, gas and electricity bills to be shared equally between 3 or 4 flat-mates. Kentish Town West overground station will take you to the iconic Kew Gardens to the west and the Olympic Village to the east. Yet this home-from-home is very quiet due to Grafton Terrace being a no-through road. The address is officially Kentish Town West although the nearest underground station is Chalk Farm, on the Northern Line in Zone 2.
