2 rooms house of 64m² in London

Hi This advertisement is for the entire 2-bedroom house (1 double and 1 single), not for individual rooms. Firstly, the house can accommodate a maximum of two people; only two tenants are permitted to stay at a time. Secondly, I am looking for a replacement tenant as I may move back into the house and occupy the single room. If that happens, only one double room will be available afterwards.
