English: I am offering my centrally located apartment in Düsseldorf in the beautiful Düsseltal district for interim rent between 4th of October and 21st of December 2025. If necessary, the rental period in October can be extended to the whole month. I am also flexible regarding extending the rental period for December but would prefer the given date. The apartment is located in a quiet side street and covers 65 square meters, including a furnished roof terrace. The roof terrace faces the inner courtyard on the sunny side and is surrounded by spacious gardens. The layout of the apartment is as follows: • Cozy living room with large smart TV • Study with desk, large monitor, filing cabinet and printer • Quiet bedroom with comfortable box-spring bed and closet • Open kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, as well as direct access to the roof terrace • Bathroom with bathtub The apartment is fully furnished and modern and invites you to feel at home.
