Espace partagé : salle de bain, cuisine. Heure accès à la cuisine (pas avant 6:45 le matin, pas après 20:00 le soir). Prix comprend chauffage, éclairage et internet. Le stationnement se fait sur la rue (cul de sac très sécuritaire, stationnement possible pendant la période hivernale). Pas de télétravail à temps plein. Qui sommes-nous : une famille avec un chat. Nous accueillons des étudiants ou des professionnels/travailleurs. Nous avons un rythme travail/école et cherchons quelqu'un qui a un rythme similaire. Qui cherchons nous : une personne gentille, responsable, propre, respectueuse, non fumeuse et sans animaux. Puisque nous partageons la maison, le respect est une valeur essentielle.
