Dans cette maison, il y a une cour et un stationnement, en plus d'avoir un stationnement inviter et de l'espace dans rue pour stationner. J'ai en se moment un four, un frigo, une laveuse et sécheuse. Il y a aussi l'air climatiser. Pour les chambres, il y a un gros garde-robe dans chacunes. Tous est inclus, soit hydro, chauffage au gaz et internet. Dans le secteur, il y a la station labrosse de proche ainsi qu'un acces facile au bus 75 et 73, et la plaza gatineau où il y a un maxi et un jean coutue.
