Hello, I’m Andrea, and I’d like to offer you our guest apartment in Szeged, situated in a charming cottage in Szőreg, a peaceful neighborhood of the city. This 21 m² fully independent apartment is ideal for mid-term stays. The apartment opens onto a sunny, spacious garden with fruit trees, visiting hedgehogs, birds, and flowers — a tranquil retreat that also serves as a perfect base for exploring city life. Key Features Size: 21 m², fully equipped with kitchen essentials, bed linen, towels, a washing machine, iron, TV, and more. Bed: cm — best suited for one person. Can occasionally be arranged for a couple with two mattresses. Please message me if you plan to come as a couple. Private entrance and a small patio. Internet: 250 MB/s. Pets: Not allowed. Heating: Gas heating + floor heating in tiled areas. Residential registration: Possible. As I usually don’t plan very far ahead, I appreciate a short message before booking if your stay would begin more than two months from now. For visa-related bookings, I’m only able to confirm stays up to one month in advance. What’s Nearby A small forest and meadows leading to the Tisza River — great for outdoor adventures. Safe, natural surroundings with bike paths and a running track, plus fishing and horse riding opportunities around the corner. Local grocery market, Hungarian restaurant, and pizzeria within walking distance. Easy access to Szeged city center for thermal baths, culture, and nightlife. Public transport is available, including night buses on weekends. Free parking in front of the house. Cross-border trips to Serbia and Romania — the Tripoint is just 8 km away. Exciting cities within reach: Timișoara (110 km), Belgrade (200 km), and Budapest (180 km) — perfect for day trips or urban exploration. I occasionally use the other apartment when I visit Hungary, but I’m mostly based in Germany or traveling for work.
