Air-conditioned 30m2 studio perfect for digital nomads or newcomers to Budapest while they're looking for their long term place. Central but quiet location and fully equipped with everything to make you feel comfortable. There is a separate washing machine is inside the studio. The building has an elevator for comfort and located in a no-party area of District 7. The price includes all utilities/costs (heating gas, power, water, internet). The only thing missing is a desk but there are plenty of cafés and co-working spaces. I can also provide a bar stool to use the kitchen bench for any occasional laptop use. In addition to a quality inner spring mattress, the couch can fold out and accommodate any guests you might have visiting during your stay. The flat is on the 4th floor facing the courtyard with a large south facing kitchen window, however, overall the natural light is somewhat limited.
