L'appartamento, pur non disponendo di ascensore, si presenta come una soluzione confortevole e funzionale per un soggiorno di qualità nella capitale. Gli spazi sono stati pensati per accogliere fino a 3 persone, rendendolo perfetto per coppie o piccoli nuclei familiari in visita a Roma. L'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto principale con letto matrimoniale, caratterizzata da arredi moderni e tonalità calde che creano un'atmosfera accogliente. Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano letto singolo che permette di ospitare un terzo ospite, oltre a una smart TV per i momenti di relax. La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di forno, frigorifero con freezer e bollitore, offrendo tutti gli strumenti necessari per preparare pasti casalinghi. Il bagno moderno e funzionale completa la disposizione degli spazi interni. L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort essenziali per un soggiorno piacevole: Wi-Fi veloce per rimanere sempre connessi, aria condizionata per affrontare le calde giornate estive romane e riscaldamento per i mesi più freddi. The apartment, although it does not have an elevator, is a comfortable and functional solution for a quality stay in the capital. The spaces have been designed to accommodate up to 3 people, making it perfect for couples or small families visiting Rome. The apartment consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, characterized by modern furnishings and warm tones that create a welcoming atmosphere. The living room is equipped with a single sofa bed that can accommodate a third guest, as well as a smart TV for moments of relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, refrigerator with freezer and kettle, offering all the tools needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The modern and functional bathroom completes the layout of the interior spaces. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay: fast Wi-Fi to always stay connected, air conditioning to face the hot Roman summer days and heating for the colder months. The presence of these services guarantees maximum comfort in every season of the year. The apartment is also designated as non-smoking, ensuring a healthy and clean environment for all guests. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit.
