Originally the old Invercargill Nurses home, this solid grand old building has so much history with 30 bedrooms and multiple shared living spaces, this accommodation would suit anyone wanting a quiet, hassle free short to long term stay right in the center of the city, rental includes power, WIFI, laundry facilities, all kitchen accessories, housekeeper to clean common areas and keep the grounds tidy. RENTAL IS PER ROOM WITH SHARED FACILITIES. Each wing of 10 rooms shares a bathroom block, kitchen and lounge. The building is divided into a female wing a male wing and a mixed wing. Downstairs are large shared spaces to share for all occupants, a large commercial kitchen, guest lounge and dining area. Contracts are for a minimum of three months and over. This is negotiable for large group bookings. There is strictly no alcohol or illicit drugs allowed on the premises. Our preferred occupants would be employed or engaged in study. Each room contains 1 double or queen sized bed, a heater, 1 bedside table, some rooms have large wardrobes, some have none. Room size is approx 2650 x 3500. All rooms have large opening windows with black out blinds. Kitchens have all necessary cooking facilities including pots, plates, cutlery, cooking equipment.
