1 room student apartment of 22m² in Enschede

Hi guys! I am moving out of my room on Satrunusstraat, Enschede in March. 🏡 The room is furnished (two-person bed, cupboards, shelves, mattress, chair, desk) The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine + dryer, along with many appliances like a kettle, a toaster, etc. There is one shower and one toilet. There is a small back garden for your bike and for enjoying the sunshine in summer. ☀️ By bike, the house is 15 mins from the city center, and 5 mins from the UT. There is a Lidl and an Albert Heijn near the house (<5min by bike) and there is also a bus stop next to the house (line 1 that goes to the city and to UT). You will share the house with 4 super nice girls from all around the world :)) We're looking for a girl that is respectful and clean. 💛 The room is 445€/ month, and utilities (electricity, heating, services,...) are 115€/month. Total: 560€/ month with a deposit of 890€.
