Hello! I’m looking to rent out my cosy one-bedroom flat in Bow, East London, from January to March. (Dates are flexible and open for discussion.) Local amenities include Tesco (5-minute walk), Nisa Local (3-minute walk), and a larger Tesco (15-minute walk). Transport links are excellent: about a 10-minute walk to Bow Road station (District and Hammersmith & City lines), a 7-minute walk to Bow Church DLR, and a 20-minute walk to Hackney Wick Overground station. The area itself is fantastic, close to the canal, Victoria Park, Hackney Wick, and Stratford, with plenty of lovely pubs, cafes, and restaurants nearby. You would have the entire flat to yourself, with all bills included (water, electricity, internet, Netflix, etc.). The flat will be fully furnished and ready to move in, making it ideal for someone with minimal luggage or a temporary stay. Rent: £2000 per month, all bills included. The rental term is initially for 2 months, with the option to extend by mutual agreement. Payment is flexible: monthly or for the full 3 months upfront.
