Our semi‑detached home is calm, friendly and welcoming, ideal if you want somewhere quiet to unwind after work. We’re in one of Portsmouth’s greenest areas, just a 2‑minute walk to the bus stop, Baffins Pond, the local pub, parks and local shops. Southsea and the city centre are only 10 minutes away by car. The guest room is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden, offering extra privacy and a restful night’s sleep. --- 🛏️ THE ROOM A cosy double room offering: • Fresh bedding & towels • Clothes rail • Desk/dressing table • WiFi • Garden view • Comfortable double ottoman bed with thick mattress Perfect for Monday–Friday workers who want a relaxing, reliable base. You’re also welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend, so you don’t need to pack up each time. Please note: The boiler is located inside a cupboard within this bedroom. It is fully enclosed, serviced annually with a valid Gas Safety Certificate, and the room is fitted with a carbon monoxide alarm for complete peace of mind.
