1 room apartment of 80m² in Bristol

June 28 - August 18th are the available dates. We are renting our cottage in Redland for 7 weeks whilst we are away. No splitting with an additional tenant, this is for a single tenant ( or a couple renting together is fine) looking to rent entirety. Includes: living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 bathroom, 1 King bedroom and an additional room (either 2nd bedroom or office). The rent covers either the office OR the 2nd bedroom, you choose which one you want and we will use the other room as our personal belonging storage whilst we are away. Also includes large garden and private off street parking. Ideally looking for a professional who can be here for the entire 7 week duration. 1500 for July and 875 for August. All utilities included, we just ask that you water the garden a couple times a week. Sorry no pets!
