However, you will hardly hear any aircraft noises during the day, as the runway runs parallel to the location of the house. At night there are no flights at all. There is a gorgeous park, right at your door step and a very relaxed and safe neighborhood. The center of Unterrath with 2 supermarkets and many other shops, as well as tram and bus connections to Downtown is only a 4-5 minute walk away. The apartment is fully equiped, no need to bring anything but your personal belongings. The monthly rate includes everything (high speed Internet, gas, electricity, 42" Satellite TV and all extra charges. You can also rent a parking lot in front of the house, for 50€ per month. Dazu herrscht nachts ein Flugverbot, so daß es absolut ruhig ist. Direkt vor der Haustür liegt ein wunderschöner Park und das Zentrum von Unterrath mit 2 Supermärkten und vielen anderen Geschäften, sowie Bus - und Bahnverbindungen in die City sind fußläufig in 4-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Unterrath ist ein eher ruhiges und sehr sicheres Viertel von Düsseldorf. Die Miete beinhaltet sämtliche Nebenkosten ( inkl. Strom, Gas, High Speed Internet, 107cm Sat-TV, usw.) Zusätzlich kann man eine Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück mieten für 50€/Monat. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Sie brauchen nichts mitzubringen, außer ihre persönlichen Sachen.
