I am moving to the US for a few years for professional reasons and am therefore offering my beloved apartment in the heart of Cologne for subletting. The apartment can be rented for an indefinite period of time, but a temporary rental is also possible - however, a minimum term of one year would be important to me. The apartment is 85 square meters and is rented including furniture, use of all items, internet, Netflix, etc. The bedroom has a 1.80m wide double bed with two mattresses - perfect for a couple or a single person. Important: the electricity and heating costs are included in the rental price! The apartment is divided into a hallway, a large living room facing the southeast and street side, a central eat-in kitchen and a large bedroom facing the quiet inner courtyard and the northwest side. The apartment is nice and bright throughout the day, but can be darkened by curtains. Both the bedroom and the living room are very cozy and offer plenty of space to relax. The apartment is also fully equipped with everything you need for everyday life. Household contents and liability insurance are a prerequisite.
