1 room apartment of 48m² in Paris

Newly decorated, really nice and really quite apartment located in the top of Belleville quarter (metro "Jourdain"), just around the Belleville parc and located just 4 directs stops from the subway « République» and 7 stations to "Chatelet" and "Hôtel de ville" near Le Marais, the heart of Paris (next to the Centre Pompidou and steps away from the Louvre and cathedral Notre Dame) The appartment is very sunny and arranged with one living room, with an american kitchen full equiped and a small bathroom/WC on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first and last floor, under the roofs. One double bed cm in the main parental room and one single bed 90/190 cm in the small one, which is my 12 years old son’s room, given the low ceiling height in this place. The 2 rooms are in the same space under the roof and can be partially separated with a curtain. The apartment is located on the 5th and last floor without elevator that’s why you’ll find tranquility with an open view. The sofa in the living room can be easily arranged in a real bed for one person.
