The space The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, but there will always be our boyfriend who will help you carry your suitcases; as follows: - LIVING AREA: entrance directly to the colorful living room, with high ceilings and embellished with wooden beams, luxury decor, comfortable sofa and modern lighting. - KITCHEN AREA: hob, fridge, cooking utensils, electric kettle and moka. In the center of the kitchen environment there is a round table with 4 chairs, which gives the room a great style. - DOUBLE ROOM 1: from the living room you go to the bedroom in the center of which the red of the double bed head stands out, flanked by very modern bedside tables. The bathroom follows the style of the house and is in the room. - DOUBLE ROOM 2: passing the kitchen area towards the other double bedroom that repeats the style of the previous one. (For transparency, on the day of your arrival, the electricity and gas meter readings will be taken in your presence). If upon departure you have exceeded your monthly consumption, the excess consumption will be charged by being deducted from your security deposit at the market cost of utilities on the day of check out .The tenant must respect the rules for separate waste collection, which we will explain during check-in, and is required to respect the rules of silence by avoiding noise and shouting between 9.00 pm and 8.00 am. Internet wi-fi, starting cleaning, water, building expenses, contract registration costs, one set per guest of towels and linen are included in the rental price. Also additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee. We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 3 months, a cleaning every 2 months by one of our in-house cleaners will be mandatory, at a cost of €50. This is to ensure there are no issues in the apartment and to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Please note that, as indicated in the cost summary, a final payment for deep cleaning will be required on the day of your departure.
