This is a very private safe and secure flat under my house. You will have your own private self-contained area with Power, Water and Internet access included. Set the area up as suits, there is a kitchenette Unit that you can set up with plenty of power points for Fridge, Microwave, Airfryer etc, the Bathroom Unit doubles up as a Sink for dishes. There is easy vehicle access down the side of the house, room for up to 2 vehicles off street if needed. I'm very busy, and work away from home 2 days a week, so looking for a Tenant or Couple who don't give me any drama! There is a fantastic Outdoor Entertainment area which I'm happy to share with the right Tenant/s, with massive decking and Pool...great in summer, a little cold right now!
